Carvana is seeking experienced Autobody Preppers with a minimum of 3 years of professional automotive bodywork experience to join their team. The company is recognized as the fastest-growing used automotive retailer in U.S. history and offers competitive wages along with various perks.

Responsibilities

• Perform bodywork on multiple panels including heavy plastic welding.
• Conduct minor metal pulling.
• Repair roof and rocker panels.
• Handle large area, heavy bodywork including Bondo repair.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of professional automotive bodywork experience.
• Ability to physically operate vehicle equipment and tools.
• Must be able to lift up to 60 pounds independently.
• Must be at least 18 years of age and possess a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing production environment.
• Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English.
