Responsibilities

• Plan, layout, and fabricate complex sheet metal parts and assemblies.
• Interpret blueprints, work instructions, and technical documents.
• Operate tools/equipment such as shears, brakes, drills, sanders, mills, lathes, and welding equipment.
• Inspect finished parts for accuracy and tolerance compliance.
• Troubleshoot fabrication issues within established procedures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate effectively.
• Work with minimal supervision and may guide/support other team members.

Requirements

• Strong hands-on fabrication and welding expertise.
• High School Diploma with 6 years relevant experience or Associate’s Degree with 2 years experience.
