Responsibilities

• Perform various welding processes including arc welding, TIG welding, and MIG welding.
• Work with a variety of materials to complete fabrication projects.
• Inspect and maintain welding equipment.
• Ensure weld quality and adhere to safety protocols.
• Collaborate closely with the operations team to meet project deadlines and quality standards.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Arc Welding, TIG Welding, and MIG Welding.
• Experience with working on and handling a variety of materials.
• Strong understanding of welding techniques and safety protocols.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Attention to detail, quality, and precision in workmanship.
• Proficiency in maintaining and troubleshooting welding equipment.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
• Physical stamina and ability to perform tasks in a workshop environment.
• Prior experience in industrial or custom fabrication is a plus.
