Responsibilities

• Perform MIG welding and fabrication work.
• Conduct assembly work for equipment installation on heavy-duty work trucks.
• Engage in diagnostic and repair tasks.
• Read schematics, diagrams, and blueprints.
• Perform shop math for accurate installations and repairs.
• Ensure knowledge of wiring and electrical systems and/or hydraulics.

Requirements

• Basic shop math skills.
• Ability to interpret work instructions, diagrams, and blueprints.
• Hand dexterity and working knowledge of hand tools.
• Willingness to work in a team environment.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing setting.
• Familiarity with welding and assembly processes.
• Technical degree or specialty certifications are helpful but not required.

Additional Information

• Day Shift Hours: Monday – Friday: 6:00am to 4:30pm.
• Ability to lift/push up to 50 lbs.
• Bending, lifting, and standing required.
• Exposure to noise and weld and grinding smoke at times.
