Overview

Lift Solutions provides end-to-end industrial lifting solutions and is looking for a Wire Rope Sling Fabricator in Las Vegas to join the Rigging team. This role involves leading workflow, fabrication, testing, and quality control while ensuring safety compliance and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Manufacturing and production of wire rope and chain slings.
  • Utilizing hydraulic machinery such as presses, reeling machines, and pull test machines.
  • Operating forklifts.
  • Preparing materials for shipment and prepping freight shipments.
  • Loading and offloading trucks.
  • Keeping an organized and safe work area.
  • Restocking materials in the warehouse.
  • Assisting with annual inventory.
  • Lifting up to 50 lbs.
  • Being on feet for extended periods of time.
  • Performing other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Driver's license preferred.
  • 3-5 years of experience in Wire Rope Sling Fabrication preferred.
  • Ability to meet the physical requirements of the position.
  • Ability to be certified to operate a forklift.
  • Attention to detail with the ability to direct work and meet customer deadlines.
  • Basic reading, writing, arithmetic, and communication skills required.
