Overview

Ingram Marine Group is seeking an Experienced Welder for their team in East Carondelet, Illinois. The position involves the repair and maintenance of Ingram's fleet of barges and boats, with a focus on flexibility and a willingness to take on new tasks.

Responsibilities

Wire and stick welding
Cutting/Fitting
Operating forklift
Operating hydraulic crane
Inspecting and pumping barges
Route dock clean up
Other duties as requested

Requirements

Possess a High School Diploma or GED
Possess a valid driver’s license
Display excellent communication skills
Can walk and lift for extended periods
Can carry more than fifty pounds on a regular basis
Must be able to read and write the English language to comply with USCG regulatory requirements
