Overview

Gray’s Specialty Equipment segment provides expert services for designing, manufacturing, integrating, installing, and maintaining advanced systems. The segment includes Anderson Dahlen, which specializes in equipment design-build and contract manufacturing with a focus on precision fabrication and compliance with industry standards.

Responsibilities

• Plan and perform a variety of welding, layout, fitting, cutting, and assembly operations.
• Weld a full range of materials using multiple welding processes.
• Select appropriate rods, wires, tips, and electrodes for each operation.
• Work from blueprints, drawings, sketches, and specifications to plan work.
• Inspect completed work to ensure conformance to specifications.
• Maintain welding equipment and work areas in a clean and orderly condition.
• Train and mentor team members.

Requirements

• Ability to weld using gas metal arc welding (GMAW) and gas tungsten arc welding (GTAW).
• Experience with plasma, oxyacetylene cutting, and brazing.
• Capability to work in confined spaces and perform all positions of welding.
• Competency in safe operation and rigging of cranes and forklifts.
• Ability to lift moderately heavy objects and operate industrial machining tools.

• Day shift hours are 6:00am-4:30pm, Mon-Thurs.
• Position located in Ramsey, MN, and Waconia, MN.
