Overview

As a Sheet Metal Mechanic (Aircraft) with the Texas Air National Guard, you will be responsible for inspecting aircraft and determining necessary repairs while working directly on the aircraft and its components.

Responsibilities

• Independently inspects aircraft and determines the nature and extent of repairs.
• Uses applicable technical orders as guidelines for repairs.
• Works directly on the aircraft and its components.
• Performs tasks such as removal, repair, modification, and installation of parts and assemblies.
