As a Production Welder I, you will play a crucial role in carbody fabrication at their manufacturing facility in Lexington, NC.

Responsibilities

• Interpret blueprints, parts lists, sketches, and verbal guidance for welding and assembly operations.
• Build routine welded components with consistent accuracy.
• Perform visual inspections and follow quality checks to meet standards.

Requirements

• High school diploma or state-recognized GED, or equivalent mix of education and experience.
• A practical welding test is required for all candidates.
• Preferred familiarity with torch and plasma equipment.
• General mechanical aptitude.
• Ability to read manufacturing drawings and verify dimensions.
• Basic written and spoken English communication.
