Overview

Express Employment Professionals is hiring multiple full-time skilled trades candidates for Irrigation Technology & Control, Inc. in East Wenatchee. This opportunity is ideal for candidates with hands-on experience in mechanical work, irrigation, pumps, motors, electrical controls, welding, fabrication, construction, agriculture, industrial maintenance, equipment repair, or field service.

Responsibilities

• Installing, repairing, and servicing irrigation pumps, well pumps, motors, and mechanical equipment.
• Troubleshooting pump systems, electrical controls, wiring, panels, valves, gauges, fittings, and related equipment.
• Using hand tools, power tools, saws, grinders, torches, pipe wrenches, pipe threaders, and other shop or field tools.
• Welding, cutting, fitting, fabricating, repairing, and inspecting metal parts or equipment.
• Reading measurements, drawings, layouts, or technical documents depending on the role.
• Working in both shop and outdoor field environments.
• Helping with inspections, cleaning, adjustments, replacements, documentation, and service calls.
• Working safely around industrial, agricultural, mechanical, and electrical equipment.

Requirements

• Valid Washington State driver’s license.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Reliable transportation.
• Basic tool knowledge or strong mechanical ability.
• Comfortable with physical labor and outdoor work.
• Able to lift up to 80 lbs when needed.
• Safety-minded and detail-oriented.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
• Able to work independently and with a team.
• Comfortable with some overtime during busy season.
