Now hiring an Entry-Level Welder for a small fabrication shop in Windber, PA. This position offers a great opportunity to grow welding skills in a relaxed, supportive environment where your work is valued.

Responsibilities

• Weld steel parts using MIG, flux core, and solid wire.
• Perform flat and vertical welds.
• Follow simple work instructions (no layout work needed).
• Check your welds for quality.
• Keep your work area clean and safe.
• Work closely with a friendly, small team.

Requirements

• 6+ months of welding experience.
• Basic experience with MIG and flux core welding.
• Comfortable with entry-level fabrication work.
• Willing to learn and improve your skills.
• Reliable, safety-focused, and hardworking.
