Job Description
Overview
In a new construction residential build, we are looking to hire for three roles: carpenter, welder, and tile installer. The job can be combined for candidates with skills in both carpentry and welding.
Responsibilities
- Build wooden stairs by installing treads, risers, stringers, shims, and veneer panels.
- Install base and wall cabinets square and plumb using laser and shims.
- Install C channel metal beams on the side of the stairs and weld iron balusters and top hand rail.
- Install fiber cement boards on floors and walls, waterproof them, and install tiles accurately.
Requirements
- Experience in carpentry and welding is a plus.
- Ability to work with 2x lumber and use power tools.
- Skills in using a welder, metal cutter tool, laser, tape measure, and bubble level.
- Meticulous attention to detail for tile installation and waterproofing.

Additional Information
- Work schedule is Monday to Friday, 8 hours a day for a total of 40 hours per week.
- Compensation is $17 per hour, totaling $680 per week.
- All tools will be provided by the company.
