Job Description
Overview
Badia Spices is seeking a skilled TIG Welder/Fabrication Specialist to perform stainless-steel welding, fabrication, and mechanical repairs to support production equipment and reduce downtime.
Responsibilities
- Perform TIG welding on stainless steel parts and equipment.
- Fabricate and modify components (guards, frames, brackets, supports).
- Repair and troubleshoot mechanical equipment.
- Create custom parts when replacements are unavailable.
- Support equipment installations, changeovers, and emergency repairs.
- Follow GMP, safety, Lockout/Tagout, and hot work procedures.
- Maintain clean, organized work areas.
Requirements
- High school diploma (required); technical certification (preferred).
- 3–5 years TIG welding & stainless-steel fabrication experience.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to read measurements, sketches, and basic drawings.
- Experience in manufacturing or food production (preferred).
- English required; Spanish a plus.

- Schedule: Monday to Thursday from 6:00 am to 3:30 pm.
