Overview

We are seeking a full-time Master Cabinet Maker and Fabricator at our Riviera Beach, Florida facility. The role involves constructing fine cabinetry from raw materials using detailed shop drawings and high-end fabrication techniques, with a focus on precision and quality craftsmanship.

Responsibilities

• Construct fine cabinetry from raw materials to finished products.
• Utilize woodworking machinery and premium fabrication techniques.
• Review and interpret complicated shop drawings independently.
• Translate shop drawings into precise fabrication plans and cut lists.
• Select, prepare, and verify materials for cabinetry builds.
• Perform quality inspections throughout the build process.
• Promote and maintain a safe working environment.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5+ years experience in fine cabinet making.
• Expert-level skills in layouts, milling, veneer work, and joinery.
• Ability to work with all typical wood processing machines.
• Knowledge of AWI Premium standards.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
• Computer literate and comfortable using Apple devices.
• Ability to mentor and teach others.
