Responsibilities

• Perform metal welding and fabrication tasks.
• Operate overhead cranes.
• Follow efficient manufacturing processes.
• Show up on time and work full shifts.
• Participate in a welding test during the interview.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years welding experience.
• Good communication skills.
• Common sense and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work long hours in an outside open-air shop.
• Lean manufacturing knowledge is a plus.
• Bilingual is a plus.

Additional Information

• Shift is Mon - Fri 4am - 12:30pm.
• Paid holidays after the first 90 days of employment.
• 2 weeks accrued PTO during the first year of employment and 3 weeks during the second year.
