This production welding position involves manual welding in a plant environment, ensuring high-quality products and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot problems with welding equipment.
• Follow all safety procedures and wear required safety equipment.
• Maintain safe operations by adhering to safety procedures and regulations.
• Complete preventive maintenance requirements on equipment.
• Document and communicate actions, irregularities, and needs among work shifts.
• Accept ownership for accomplishing new requests and exploring opportunities to add value.
• Perform assembly-related duties as needed.

Requirements

• Ability to perform Mig and Tig welding.
• Prioritize safety for self and others.
• Familiarity with basic measuring tools for part inspection.
• Must be organized and detail-oriented.
• Ability to stand for long periods.
• Ability to bend, lift, and push up to 50 pounds.
