Ready to lead by example on the production floor? Envision / Plastics Plus is hiring a skilled Metal Fabricator and Brake Press Operator to setup and stage our critical workstations—including Amada Press Brakes, PEM machines, and Spot Welders.

salary: $37,000 - $52,000 per year shift: First work hours: 7 AM - 3:30 PM education: High School

Responsibilities

Essential Duties and Responsibilities • Setup/Stage all workstations and necessary materials, including but not limited to: o Amada Press Brakes o PEM machines o Spot Welders • Assign responsibilities to team members. • Advanced communication & interpersonal skills. • Identify issues in efficiency and suggest improvements. • Train new employees on how to safely use machinery and follow procedures. • Must adhere to all safety procedures and company guidelines. • Must be prepared and flexible to perform associated job functions that are not specifically identified in this job description.

The essential functions of this role include:
