Position Title: MIG/TIG Welder

Wage: $25-$30/hour

Shift: 1st

Hours: 6:00am-2:30pm Monday-Friday; Overtime available, extended hours and Saturdays as needed

We are seeking a skilled Welder with experience in MIG and TIG welding to join a growing manufacturing team. This role involves producing high-quality weld assemblies while working from blueprints and shop drawings. Candidates should be detail-oriented, safety-minded, and comfortable in a production environment. Don’t miss this associate to hire opportunity in Pleasant Prairie, WI.

MIG/TIG Welder Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Perform MIG and TIG welding on industrial components

• Set up and operate welding equipment in accordance with procedures

• Read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and work instructions

• Inspect welds to ensure quality and accuracy

• Maintain equipment and ensure a clean, safe work area

• Follow all safety standards and operational procedures

• Accurately track and log job assignments

• Participate in cross-training and support other departments as needed

MIG/TIG Welder Requirements:

• 2+ years of welding experience in a manufacturing or production environment

• Experience with MIG and TIG welding required

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings

• Strong attention to detail and quality control

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions in English

• Welding certification from an accredited program preferred

• Experience with ASME welding standards preferred

• Exposure to robotic or automated welding systems preferred

• Will be trained and certified to ASME standards if not already certified
