A rapidly growing miscellaneous metals fabrication and installation company is seeking experienced Welder/Grinders for its Hanover, PA shop. The role involves MIG welding and grinding of various metal components.

Responsibilities

• MIG welding and grinding of stairs, railings, and miscellaneous metals
• Operating an overhead crane
• Testing and inspecting welded surfaces and structures for quality and integrity
• Working with carbon steel railings and other fabricated components

Requirements

• Experience with MIG welding, especially on carbon steel
• Skilled in using various welding equipment and procedures
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints
• Strong time-management skills and the ability to meet deadlines
• Competence in basic math and geometry
• Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude with a dependable, self-driven work ethic
