Overview

Loenbro, LLC is seeking experienced Welders to join their team in Denver, CO. The role involves planning, laying out, welding, installing, testing, and repairing various types of piping and tubular products while ensuring compliance with industry standards and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on industrial oil refining piping and associated structures.
• Supervise and train welder helpers.
• Develop a complete understanding of contract plans and specifications.
• Examine and inspect field conditions to identify problems and cost-saving measures.
• Choose appropriate filler metals and construction materials for assignments.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of welding experience required.
• Prior welding experience in construction, mining, or related industry preferred.
• Completion of a welding qualification is required.
• Orbital welding training will be provided; prior experience is a plus.
• Must meet all state license requirements.
• Accurate and precise attention to detail.
• Working knowledge of local, state, and federal building code regulations regarding piping systems.
• Familiarity with properties of metal machining, weld shrinkage, and welding techniques.
• Proficiency in commonly used welding processes, including SMAW, FCAW, and GMAW.
• OSHA 10 certification.
