Responsibilities

• Set up and operate welding equipment to weld and assemble truck bodies, hoists, and fabricated parts.
• Maintain a clean work environment.
• Assist with continuous process improvement and lean initiatives.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Prompt and reliable attendance.
• Ability to perform basic math for measuring, assembling, and problem-solving.
• Demonstrated welding ability and ability to pass welding certifications.
• Ability to manually move products and materials up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand and work in various positions for several hours.
• Ability to make welding equipment adjustments and read complicated instructions.
• Must be a team player focused on meeting company goals.
• Ability to learn operations of multiple machines and rotate jobs as needed.
• Must work at a reasonable pace and within quality standards.
• Must follow safety procedures and wear PPE.
