Koch Specialty Plant Services, LLC is seeking Welders for immediate openings across various locations in the U.S. The company is a leader in providing services to the refining and chemical industry, emphasizing integrity, compliance, and customer focus.

Responsibilities

• Weld according to engineering specifications on plant process equipment and structural steel.
• Possess a basic understanding and application of making boiler repairs on pressure vessels such as reactors, exchangers, piping, towers, and drums.

Requirements

• 2 years of general welding experience or successful completion of a vocational welding training program preferred.
• Must be able to pass a weld qualification test specific to the project.
• Must have current TWIC Card or ability to obtain one if required.
• Must be willing and able to meet all Company and Customer project entry requirements including training, background check, and drug test.
• 1 year or more of industrial plant experience making weld repairs to coded pressure vessels, reactors, towers, and drums is preferred.
• A welding certificate and/or vocational welding training is preferred.
• Basic Plus Orientation and Confined Space Training is preferred.
• Successful completion of an NCCER craft assessment test is preferred.
