Overview

Austin Industrial is a leading provider of maintenance, construction, and soft craft services to industrial companies across the U.S. The Pipefitter Foreman position involves supervising and coordinating workers on construction projects related to pipe systems and ensuring work is completed safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate skilled and unskilled workers on construction projects.
  • Schedule work to meet timetables safely and within budget.
  • Manage onsite equipment fleet and recruit trade personnel.
  • Execute 'Look Ahead' schedules and manage craftsmen, equipment, and materials.
  • Logistics planning and execution of project Work Plans.
  • Monitor daily labor costs and production rates.
  • Inspect work in progress to ensure quality and compliance.
  • Conduct safety meetings and enforce safety regulations.
  • Foster training and development of subordinates.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of industrial and supervisory experience preferred.
  • NCCER certification.
  • Valid TWIC card and driver's license.
  • No minimum education requirements.
