Responsibilities

• Comply with Westlake’s Safety Policies.
• Maintain regular attendance and timeliness.
• Perform duties as requested by the supervisor.
• Install glass to window frames as a Glass Dropper.
• Conduct accurate field measuring according to specified dimensions as a Glass Dropper.
• Manage production schedules and handle glass loading and unloading as a Glass Handler.
• Sort glass according to paperwork specifications and check glass quality as a Glass Handler.
• Stage pieces of product onto racks as a Glass Handler.
• Clean frames using hand tools as a Clean Processor.
• Perform routine cleaning and scrapping of frames as a Clean Processor.
• Lay out, align, and weld frames using welding equipment as a Welder.
• Assemble frames according to assignment requirements as a Welder.

Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED.
• Spanish is a plus.
• Prior experience is a plus.
• Ability to maintain attention to detail.
• Must be able to work independently and use good judgment.
