We are looking for talented Maintenance Technicians who are passionate about keeping operations running safely and efficiently in a night shift position from 4pm-4am.

Responsibilities

• Rebuilding equipment
• Inspecting facility and equipment
• Performing preventive maintenance on facility and equipment
• Changing oil on equipment
• Monitoring equipment status through various inspections
• Executing receiving end of lock, tag and try procedures
• Troubleshooting, repairing, and completing preventive maintenance on equipment including air compressors, air dryers, vacuum pumps, valves, and instrumentation
• Completing monthly checks of safety equipment
• Replacing valves, actuators, instruments, piping, tubing, and small vessels
• Maintaining clean areas including trash removal and minor facility repairs
• Working flexible hours and schedule to achieve manufacturing objectives
• Receiving goods including gas cylinder and dewar deliveries
• Implementing safe work practices and participating in a proactive safety culture
• Adhering to company policies including attendance policy
• Performing other duties as assigned

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment or mechanical/electrical support role
• AAS degree in applied science or relevant field preferred
• Basic computer skills in MS Word and Excel
• Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to serve on the Emergency Response Team
• Troubleshooting control systems using diagnostic tools
