Overview

At Allegion, we help keep people safe and secure with a focus on security around doorways. The Welder position at Krieger Specialty Products involves welding mild and stainless-steel sheet metal and structural steel tubing, requiring a minimum of 3 years of experience.

Responsibilities

Weld mild and stainless-steel sheet metal from 16 ga to 7 ga thick.
Weld structural steel tubing with a .25 wall thickness.
Read shop packets and fabricate to company standards.
Operate with minimal supervision.

Requirements

Minimum of 3 years of welding experience.
Ability to be qualified per AWS D1.3 within 120 days.
Self-starter with the ability to work independently.
