Overview

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Mechanic to join a growing food manufacturing company in Fullerton, CA, supporting high-volume production operations by troubleshooting equipment and ensuring smooth production.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on production equipment, conveyor systems, motors, pneumatic systems, and mechanical equipment.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and identify root causes to minimize downtime.
• Support production teams by responding to equipment breakdowns and maintenance requests.
• Read and interpret diagrams, equipment manuals, and technical specifications.
• Complete maintenance projects and work orders safely and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Partner with operators and production staff to improve equipment reliability and performance.

Requirements

• 2+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment (food manufacturing preferred).
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with pneumatic systems, motors, conveyors, and production equipment.
• Ability to read technical diagrams and equipment manuals.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced production environment.
