Precious Labs, part of Precious Cosmetics, is a cosmetics manufacturer based in Lodi, New Jersey, focusing on high-end, custom-manufactured products. The Mechanic role involves performing maintenance on production and facility equipment to ensure reliable and safe plant operations.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and preventive maintenance on production and facility equipment.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues.
• Complete repairs and document all work performed.
• Collaborate with production, quality, and operations teams to minimize downtime.
• Assist with equipment installations, upgrades, and periodic inspections.

Requirements

• Strong skills in Maintenance and Maintenance & Repair for production machinery.
• Experience with Preventive Maintenance programs.
• Hands-on experience with Heavy Equipment and production lines.
• Proven Troubleshooting abilities for mechanical, pneumatic, and basic electrical issues.
• Prior experience as an industrial, manufacturing, or plant mechanic.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
• Commitment to safety practices, including lockout/tagout.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training preferred.
• Ability to work on-site full time, occasionally on different shifts or overtime.
• Strong communication skills and reliability.
