Overview

Airgas is hiring a Warehouse Maintenance Associate in Levittown, PA, to support facility maintenance activities. The role involves hands-on maintenance, safety initiatives, and collaboration with external contractors to ensure a safe and efficient working environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform essential hands-on maintenance including HVAC filter changes, cleanings, belt replacements, and minor plumbing repairs.
• Manage routine electrical and structural upkeep, including changing light bulbs and ballasts, as well as minor repairs like painting and door adjustments.
• Maintain a welcoming exterior environment by performing spot cleanup for weeds and debris, and assist with snow clearing.
• Build collaborative partnerships with external contractors for facility repair and maintenance activities.
• Contribute to small projects related to facility safety initiatives.
• Support small projects that advance production supply chain efficiency.
• Help care for and manage the inventory of critical spares.
• Guide and support the completion of daily, weekly, and monthly preventative maintenance routines.
• Upload necessary documentation into the maintenance management system.
• Support and advance safety, health, and environmental programs.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years of relevant experience.
• Safety mindset.
• Comfortable using a computer, including email and information systems.
• Experience with pumps, instrumentation, and controls preferred.
• Good verbal and communication skills and teamwork/interpersonal skills preferred.

• Scheduled: Monday- Friday 8:00-4:30 pm.
