Responsibilities

• Comply with all federal and state environmental, health and safety regulations.
• Perform job in compliance with Greene, Tweed & Co. Quality Policy.
• Conduct all pre-molding operations and run pre-molding equipment as required.
• Perform mold prepping, molding, and press operations, troubleshooting as needed.
• Degate/waterjet, finish, and visually inspect parts to ensure quality.
• Conduct all inspection requirements using various measuring systems.
• Perform non-destructive testing as required.
• Execute post molding, assembly operations, and component installation.
• Follow all SPC, process, and assembly procedures.
• Read and follow detailed part/assembly drawings.
• Perform warehouse functions for finished part receipts and packing.
• Maintain cleanliness of the facility and equipment.
• Record information on GT data collection system as required.
• Load and unload fixtures as necessary.
• Maintain annual quality certification and ensure parts meet quality standards.
• Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• Ability to communicate verbally and in writing with team members and customers.
• Demonstrated ability to read and interpret production drawings and work instructions.
• Must have worked pay Grade 9 or higher for the last 12 months or have 12 months of thermoplastic molding experience.
• Knowledge and application of mechanical and inspection tools.
• Ability to pass a skills assessment covering relevant skills.
