Overview

Watts is a company dedicated to providing safe, clean water and protecting the planet's resources. They are seeking a motivated TIG Welder to fabricate and weld high-quality stainless-steel components while adhering to safety protocols and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform TIG welding on stainless steel 14/12-gauge sheet metal and piping.
• Set up components and welding equipment controls.
• Work from drawings and prepare components for welding.
• Inspect finished welds for precision and durability.
• Maintain welding equipment and perform preventive maintenance.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production schedules.
• Contribute to continuous process improvement initiatives.
• Perform other duties as required.

Requirements

• Understanding of applicable laws, codes, policies, and safety procedures.
• TIG welding experience with 18-gauge to 12-gauge stainless steel.
• Experience in a metal fabrication manufacturing environment.
• Ability to lift/move up to 50lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Successful completion of background checks and pre-employment testing.
