Responsibilities

• Perform advanced Tungsten Inert Gas (TIG) welding on stainless steel components.
• Lead and execute complex fabrication projects from planning to completion.
• Provide technical direction and support to welders and fabrication team members.
• Fabricate components from blueprints, sketches, and technical drawings.
• Review blueprints and fabrication drawings for accuracy and feasibility.
• Fit, tack, and perform TIG welding operations to meet strict tolerances.
• Inspect and verify weld quality to ensure standards are met.
• Troubleshoot fabrication and welding issues and implement corrective actions.
• Support continuous improvement in processes, safety, and efficiency.

Requirements

• Associates degree with 7+ years of relevant experience or High School diploma with 9+ years of relevant experience.
• Technical training or certification in welding or fabrication is strongly preferred.
• Advanced TIG welding expertise on stainless steel and strong knowledge of aluminum TIG welding.
• Proven ability to lead fabrication projects and guide team members.
• Strong knowledge of welding safety standards and industrial best practices.
• Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in an industrial environment and lift up to 50 pounds.
