Responsibilities

  • Perform diversified soldering operations, including torch and iron soldering.
  • Perform diversified assembly on a variety of products with close tolerances.
  • Operate all equipment required to assemble a variety of products.
  • Read blueprints and wire schematics to verify compliance to quality specifications.
  • Finish relays with nameplates, decals, hardware, stamps, and touch-up paint.
  • Perform packing and shipping duties.
  • Conduct potting and encapsulation operations.
  • Operate in a team environment with work sharing and team problem solving.
  • Train other employees as needed.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Must be eligible to work under ITAR compliance.
  • Minimum of 2 years of hands-on manufacturing experience in soldering.
  • Completed ESD training and solder certification J-STD-001 is preferred.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and wire schematics accurately.
  • Proficient in the safe and correct use of measuring instruments, hand tools, soldering iron, and power tools.
