Responsibilities
- Perform diversified soldering operations, including torch and iron soldering.
- Perform diversified assembly on a variety of products with close tolerances.
- Operate all equipment required to assemble a variety of products.
- Read blueprints and wire schematics to verify compliance to quality specifications.
- Finish relays with nameplates, decals, hardware, stamps, and touch-up paint.
- Perform packing and shipping duties.
- Conduct potting and encapsulation operations.
- Operate in a team environment with work sharing and team problem solving.
- Train other employees as needed.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Must be eligible to work under ITAR compliance.
- Minimum of 2 years of hands-on manufacturing experience in soldering.
- Completed ESD training and solder certification J-STD-001 is preferred.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and wire schematics accurately.
- Proficient in the safe and correct use of measuring instruments, hand tools, soldering iron, and power tools.
