Overview

We are looking for a Staff Field Technician to join our EST team in Hatfield, PA. This role involves providing technical support on complex tasks, maintaining technical data, and ensuring high-quality service to clients and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Provides technical support to engineers on site or in the field.
• Gathers, maintains, formats, and analyzes technical data.
• Produces engineering documentation, reports, and drawings.
• Conducts tests, records data, and performs complex calculations.
• Installs, maintains, repairs, overhauls, troubleshoots, modifies, and tests various types of equipment.
• Understands and interprets general electrical and mechanical drawings.
• Applies technical knowledge of electronic principles to solve problems.
• Builds and maintains productive relationships with clients and vendors.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of field technician experience.
• Previous experience in a similar industry is preferred.
• Degree/diploma in Engineering or a similar field is preferred.
• Willingness to travel.
