Overview

Damotech is the largest provider of rack repair solutions in North America, dedicated to enhancing warehouse safety. The Welder role involves performing various welding tasks to fabricate and repair equipment and components, ensuring compliance with quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform arc, TIG, and MIG welding to fabricate and repair equipment and components.
• Interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Prepare materials for welding tasks.
• Utilize welding techniques to meet quality standards.
• Maintain a safe work environment.
• Inspect finished work to ensure compliance with tolerances and specifications.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Arc Welding, TIG Welding, and MIG Welding.
• Technical knowledge of welding processes and materials.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Familiarity with safety protocols and industry-standard practices in welding and fabrication.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality, precise work.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment is desirable.
• Possession of relevant welding certifications is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Additional Information
