Overview

Henderson Products Inc. is the North American leader in the design, manufacture, and up-fit of multi-purpose equipment for heavy-duty work trucks, specializing in snow and ice control. As an Installation Technician, you will be responsible for MIG welding, fabrication, and assembly work on heavy-duty work truck builds.

Responsibilities

• Perform MIG welding and fabrication.
• Assist in the assembly and installation of equipment on heavy-duty work trucks.
• Conduct diagnostic and repair work.
• Read schematics, diagrams, and blueprints.
• Ensure accurate installations and repairs.

Requirements

• Basic shop math skills.
• Ability to interpret work instructions, diagrams, and blueprints.
• Hand dexterity and working knowledge of hand tools.
• Willingness to work in a team environment.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing setting.
• Familiarity with welding and assembly processes.
• Technical degree and/or specialty certifications in welding, electrical, or hydraulics are helpful but not required.
