Overview
The NDE / Mechanical Integrity Technician is responsible for performing non-destructive examination activities on piping, pipelines, pressure vessels, and fixed equipment to support mechanical integrity, inspection, and asset reliability programs. This role involves collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure safe and compliant plant operations.
Responsibilities
- Perform technical project tasks with oversight from a task lead or project manager.
- Prepare, collect, organize, and analyze technical data and materials.
- Assist engineers in preparing engineering calculations and technical documentation.
- Prepare and review final report materials, ensuring proper formatting.
- Independently execute non-routine clerical tasks.
- Perform records management duties efficiently and organized.
- Conduct in-depth research and provide organized findings and recommendations.
- Demonstrate accountability for project milestones and deliverables.
- Identify and respond to customer needs for continuous improvement.
- Support safe field execution and compliance with site requirements.
Requirements
- 3+ years of relevant NDE, mechanical integrity, or industrial inspection experience preferred.
- College degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- Previous Certification to ASNT SNT‑TC‑1A preferred.
- Completion of NDE/NDT schooling or technical training required.
- Relevant NDT/NDE certifications or documented qualifications preferred.
- Certification or experience operating manlifts, boom lifts, or scissor lifts preferred.
- TWIC card preferred.
- Valid driver's license may be required based on assignment.

Additional Information
- Regular travel (50%+) to client sites and project locations is required.
- Work may be performed in various conditions including heat/cold and wet/humid.
