Overview

The Electrician at Mondelēz International plays a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of electrical systems within the bakery. This position involves installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical equipment and systems, which are vital for production processes, while adhering to safety protocols and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Independently operate and maintain process, equipment, or systems following autonomous maintenance standards.
• Use technical skills to improve line and/or system performance to meet business needs.
• Operate and maintain equipment to deliver on safety, quality, cost, delivery, sustainability, and morale targets.
• Execute all standard work processes on equipment using autonomous maintenance and progressive maintenance standards.
• Ensure safety processes are observed and quality assurance activities are performed.
• Understand and report losses in their area and equipment.
• Troubleshoot electrical issues to ensure minimal downtime and optimal performance of machinery.

Requirements

• Experience and knowledge in operating machines with coaching.
• Familiarity with safety and quality standards for operating machines.
• Ability to read and write, and fluently conversant in the language of communication as appropriate to the site.
• Collaborate well in a diverse work environment.
• Preferred education in Mechatronics, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering.
• Industrial electrical experience with 480 volts.
• Experience in programming and coding.
• Ability to read blueprints.
• Experience troubleshooting manufacturing equipment.
• High School diploma with manufacturing equipment experience.
• PLC and VFD experience required.
