Responsibilities

• Set up, adjust, and operate CNC or manual grinders for grinding operations.
• Work from blueprints and process sheets to identify specifications.
• Efficiently set up and operate different grinding machines.
• Verify conformance of machined work-pieces using gauges.
• Inspect own work for correct dimensions and maintain quality standards.
• Compute dimensions, rotation speeds, and machining times.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years' experience with precision grinding machines.
• High school education or equivalent experience required.
• Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations.
• Experience reading and interpreting blueprints in English.
• Moderate physical demand, able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for a shift.
