Overview

CMI Group is seeking hand finishers for their North and South Phoenix locations, specializing in defense and aerospace machine shops. The position offers various shifts and eligibility for a quarterly shop bonus plan.

Responsibilities

• Deburr and hand finish parts per sketch and blueprint instructions.
• Read and understand basic blueprint notes and deburr sketches.
• Communicate and follow verbal instructions.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years experience in a related field.
• Previous experience using a micro blaster is a plus.
• Experience with microscopes and hand-held air and electric deburring tools.
• Knowledge of deburring abrasives and burrs for specific materials.
• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs.
• Ability to sit at work station for extended periods.

Additional Information

• Day Shift: 6am - 3:30pm Monday - Friday
• Night Shift: 3:30pm - 2am Monday - Thursday
• Weekend Shift: Friday, Saturday & Sunday 6am - 6:30pm (work 36 hours, get paid for 40)
