Responsibilities

• Proactively identify and perform preventative maintenance tasks to increase safety, quality, and throughput.
• Thoroughly repair broken equipment safely and efficiently while avoiding quick fixes.
• Address maintenance challenges involving electrical, mechanical, and software aspects.
• Work on special projects such as new equipment installations and facility upgrades as time permits.
• Participate in daily gemba walks to maintain close relationships with colleagues on assembly lines.
