Responsibilities

• Repair and fabricate a variety of pumps and related rotating equipment.
• Troubleshoot, disassemble, inspect, and repair various types of rotating equipment.
• Install equipment according to manufacturer specifications ensuring proper alignment and tolerances.
• Read and understand an IOM and BOM.
• Maintain safe operations by adhering to all safety procedures and regulations.

Requirements

• Good mechanical aptitude required.
• Experience working with rotating equipment is a plus.
• Applicant must be customer driven.
• Ability to pass a drug screen, background check, and physical.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
• Must have a positive 'can-do' attitude.
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and service manuals.
• Ability to use a variety of hand tools, machine tools, and precision measuring instruments.
• Demonstrated ability to work safely and follow safety procedures.
• Ability to act in a self-directed manner with no immediate supervision.

Additional Information

• Must be able to lift 50 lbs. multiple times daily unassisted, 75 lbs. assisted, and push or pull 100 lbs. assisted.
• Must be willing to work inside and outside as required.
• Typical work hours are 7:00am - 3:30pm with limited overtime.
• Must have an acceptable driving record according to company guidelines.
• High School Diploma required; vocational education is a plus.
