Overview

Custom Building Products is seeking an experienced Robotic Mechanic to join their maintenance team at the Lithia Springs, GA plant. This full-time position offers competitive wages, opportunities for overtime, and a chance for career advancement in a team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Repair and handle PM's on robots and material handling equipment with a focus on safety, quality, and production efficiency.
• Troubleshoot and repair Fanuc robots, material handling equipment, and Allen Bradley PLCs.
• Perform mechanical technical tasks as assigned.
• Lift up to 50 pounds as required.

Requirements

• Minimum two years of robotics experience.
• 3 - 5 years’ experience in maintenance in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to read and understand schematics.
• Skilled in the use of multi-meters and other test equipment.
• Proficient in RS Linx, RS Logix 500, RS Logix 5000, Factory Talk View, DeviceNet, EtherNet, Data Highway, and Microsoft Windows.
• Knowledge of Lock-Out Tag-Out standards and troubleshooting 480v electrical connections.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
