Responsibilities

• Perform day-to-day production activities to maintain production schedules.
• Wear required PPE including smock, hairnet, gloves, facemask, and safety glasses.
• Use hand tools, spot welders, microscopes, and other manufacturing equipment to assemble products.
• Follow all policies, procedures, and drawings for accuracy and quality.
• Perform visual checks of products to ensure quality.
• Identify non-conforming parts following documented procedures.
• Meet manufacturing output requirements while producing high quality products.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent with 0-3 years prior experience.
• Ability to work alone and with others in a team environment under minimal supervision.
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
• Adaptability and flexibility.
• Good computer skills including Microsoft Office, data entry, and email.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to read drawings, blueprints, and work instructions.

• Job Schedule: Sunday – Tuesday, every other Wednesday
