AerSale® is a global leader in aviation products and services, specializing in aftermarket support for passenger, cargo, and government segments. The Interior Mechanic role involves maintenance operations to ensure aircraft airworthiness and compliance with quality standards.

Responsibilities

  • Perform maintenance operations such as removal and replacement of aircraft and powerplant components.
  • Repair, modify, replace or overhaul aircraft and aircraft systems.
  • Complete all tasks to the quality standards of AerSale, Inc., FAA and customer maintenance manuals.
  • Perform work within estimated or budgeted hours.
  • Read and use Maintenance Manuals, Illustrated Parts Catalogs, Blueprints, ATA Codes, and Service Bulletins.
  • Ensure accuracy and proper annotation of maintenance documents.
  • Return documents to the Technical Library or destroy as required after job completion.
  • Safely use and operate all ground support equipment.
  • Promote a culture of safety by monitoring self and others.
  • Execute proper parts tagging for repairable, serviceable, or condemned parts.
  • Interface effectively with management, other departments, and co-workers.
  • Keep work area clean.
  • Be able to work any or all shifts.

Requirements

  • High school education or equivalent.
  • A&P License preferred and/or 2 years aircraft maintenance experience.
  • Must provide own tools as indicated on Company Tool List.
  • Must be able to lift fifty (50) pounds.
  • Must be able to perform physical activities such as bending, stooping, twisting, kneeling, crouching, and standing for prolonged periods.
  • Must have normal corrected hearing and vision.
  • Must possess a valid driver's license and ability to drive company vehicles.
