Job Description
Overview
This position is located in Green Bay, Wisconsin at Fox Valley Metal Tech. The role involves a mix of production welding and coaching/mentoring of welders.
Responsibilities
- Perform approximately 50% production welding.
- Coach and mentor welders.
- Assist the Welding Trainer as needed.
- Work directly with welders on projects to help them learn assembly for welding.
- Explain logic and reasoning in fit-up, tacking, and welding considerations.
