Overview

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Welder/Brazer to join our production team. This position is responsible for setting up and operating welding and brazing equipment to fabricate, repair, and assemble metal parts according to blueprints, work orders, and production specifications. The company is a leading provider of safety-focused solutions for fleet vehicles across various industries.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate gas welding machines to weld metal parts according to work orders, blueprint layouts, and verbal instructions.
• Regulate gas flow to ensure proper welding mixtures and settings.
• Maintain accurate records of machine settings and control panel adjustments for repeat applications.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of welding experience required.
• Ability to read tape measures, blueprints, schematics, and work instructions.
• Basic computer skills.
• Applicant may be subject to a background check.
• Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment.
