Overview

We are seeking skilled welders to join our Utility Line and Cargo Line teams to build high-quality trailers using modern technology and advanced manufacturing processes. Our commitment to innovation keeps us moving forward as the #1 trailer manufacturer.

Responsibilities

  • Weld metal components to build high-quality trailers.
  • Read blueprints, drawings, and measurements to plan layout and procedures.
  • Select appropriate welding equipment, settings, and methods.
  • Set up and align components using fixtures, tape measures, levels, speed squares, and clamps.
  • Prepare parts using angle grinders and other tools.
  • Weld components using manual or semi-automatic equipment in multiple positions.
  • Assemble and prepare trailers by welding components and filling gaps.
  • Follow safety, quality, and production standards.

Requirements

  • Welding experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
  • Ability to read and use a tape measure accurately.
  • Knowledge of production processes and quality control is a plus.
  • Ability to lift, push, and pull 50–70 lbs consistently.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
  • Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment.

  • Temp-to-Hire position
  • Full Time work available

  • Weekend Shift (Friday through Sunday from 05:00am to 05:30pm)
