Overview
We are seeking skilled welders to join our Utility Line and Cargo Line teams to build high-quality trailers using modern technology and advanced manufacturing processes. Our commitment to innovation keeps us moving forward as the #1 trailer manufacturer.
Responsibilities
- Weld metal components to build high-quality trailers.
- Read blueprints, drawings, and measurements to plan layout and procedures.
- Select appropriate welding equipment, settings, and methods.
- Set up and align components using fixtures, tape measures, levels, speed squares, and clamps.
- Prepare parts using angle grinders and other tools.
- Weld components using manual or semi-automatic equipment in multiple positions.
- Assemble and prepare trailers by welding components and filling gaps.
- Follow safety, quality, and production standards.
Requirements
- Welding experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Ability to read and use a tape measure accurately.
- Knowledge of production processes and quality control is a plus.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull 50–70 lbs consistently.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment.
