Overview

FNA Group is a leading manufacturer of consumer and industrial pressure washers and outdoor power equipment, known for its brands like Simpson and Delco. The company is seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee Fabrication and Trailer Assembly processes, ensuring production goals are met in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Promote safe work practices to maintain a safe work environment.
  • Maintain high quality production outputs by monitoring processes and performing quality checks.
  • Maintain tool inventory and ensure proper tools are used.
  • Coordinate with other supervisors to reduce changeover impacts.
  • Support problem solving and root causation initiatives within departments.
  • Monitor, review, and report production results to onsite management.
  • Analyze production requirements to evaluate current outputs.
  • Foster a positive work environment.
  • Interview potential new hire candidates.
  • Provide onboarding support and ensure cross-training for employees.
  • Identify and document areas for improvement in quality and production efficiencies.
  • Provide leadership guidance and support.
  • Evaluate performance and provide feedback to direct reports and management.
  • Perform other duties as required for coverage and professional development.

Requirements

  • Bi-lingual Spanish required.
  • Proficient knowledge/experience with precision measuring devices.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Basic knowledge/experience with Microsoft Office.
  • Team leadership skills with the ability to relate to diverse groups.
  • Adept with decision-making and problem-solving.
  • Proven ability to implement process improvement initiatives.
  • Able to handle projects within tight deadlines while maintaining professionalism.
  • 2 years supervisory experience or 5 years lead experience, or equivalent.
  • 3+ years fabrication experience, with press brake and laser experience preferred.
  • 3 years of experience in production operations/processes.

Additional Information

  • Typical schedule is 6:00am - 4:30pm Monday - Thursday, with occasional overtime.
