Responsibilities

• Measure and cut metal components using manual or automated tools.
• Weld components using appropriate welding techniques (e.g., MIG, TIG, Stick) to meet quality standards.
• Conduct inspections to ensure welded joints are structurally sound and meet specifications.
• Fabricate metal structures, equipment, and components according to project requirements.
• Collaborate with other team members to complete projects within deadlines.
• Maintain welding equipment and tools in good working condition.
• Adhere to safety procedures and regulations at all times.

Requirements

• Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, drawings, and welding symbols.
• Strong knowledge of welding techniques, equipment, and materials.
• Ability to perform various welding processes (e.g., MIG, TIG, Stick) with precision.
• Skilled in using hand and power tools for cutting, grinding, and shaping metal.
• Excellent attention to detail and quality craftsmanship.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or vocational training in welding is preferred.
• Valid welding certification(s) is a plus.
